HCL placement drive experience.

Hey guys, greetings to all, through this post I am going to share all my experience regarding the HCL recruitment drive.
Well, about the company: HCL TECHNOLOGIES LIMITED is an ‘Indian Global IT services’ company headquartered in Noida, Uttar Pradesh. It offers services including consulting, enterprise transformation, remote infrastructure management, engineering and R&D services, and business process outsourcing. HCL has offices in 31 countries to provide services across industry verticals, including aerospace & defense, energy & utilities, independent software vendors, manufacturing, professional services, servers & storage, automotive, financial services, industrial manufacturing, media & entertainment etc.
HCL TECHNOLOGIES is on the FORBES GLOBAL 2000 list and is one of the Asia’s Fab 100 companies.
Now, either you have skipped the details about the company, given above, or if you have read them then for sure, you are now bored! So, now let me get to the point.
HCL was coming for campus drive offering a designation of ‘Graduate Engineer Trainee’ (GET). Branches which were made eligible were: CS, IT, EC and EEE.
Eligibility criteria, to sit in drive, were:-
 60% above in 10th, 12th and throughout B.TECH
No current backlogs. (This meant that students must have cleared all subjects till now, i.e. either he/she had no backs at all or if he/she had any then it must have been cleared.)
A point should be noted that the students whose results of back examinations were not announced were also not allowed to sit. So guys, it’s an advice- do clear all the back examinations before the commencement of fourth year. Students with status PWG (Passed with grace) were eligible.
Moving further: -
The CTC offered to us was INR 2.75 LPA.
Probation period was of 15 months. Well, probation period can be roughly understood as the time period after which a trainee shall be put into a particular section and will be provided a particular designation.
Date of drive (recruitment date) was 30th September, 2016. The notice mentioned that drive shall begin at 8:45 AM and venue was our college itself.
Rounds that were decided by HCL to conduct during the drive were:-
1) Pre Placement Talk.
2) English Grammar test.
3) Group Discussion/JAM (Just a Minute).
4) Technical Interview.
5) HR Interview.
This notice was provided to us on 23rd September, 2016. This meant that one week later a company is arriving for our recruitment. We were required to register ourselves latest by 28th September, 2016.
All the information was provided to us through e-mail by our CRC department.

The case of Wakefield family.

Case 1725: Wakefield Family. Barbara Wakefield , age 30, wife of Bram Wakefield, died in a car accident on 25th November, 2003. Her dead body was found in their smashed car. Investigated reason for the accident : With her family, she was returning from a restaurant at night, in a car. As their car turned right for their home street, a truck smashed them from front. The accident killed Barbara and left her husband and her child injured. Evidences : The security camera footage of the street. Edward Wakefield , age 8, the only child of Bram Wakefield, died in a fire, on 2nd December, 2003, in his residence. His dead body was found in the hall. The body was completely burnt.
