Placement drive experience: Aurelius Corporate Solutions.



Hey guys, greetings to all, through this post I am going to share all my experience regarding the placement drive of Aurelius Corporate Solutions.

Well, about the company: Aurelius Corporate Solutions (ACS), primarily, is a 100% independent & non-affiliated Knowledge Solutions Integrator (KSI), offering Consultative Learning Solutions across 40+ domains. Aurelius has delivered hundred's of corporate training programs and covers more than 1000+ unique technologies today. The offerings and products are global in nature and at present have audience in around 30+ countries. Their clients are more than 300, and the list includes HCL, Tech-Mahindra, TCS, Persistent, Accenture etc.

 So, now let me get to the point.

ACS was coming for campus drive offering a designation of ‘Key Account Manager’ (KAM).

Eligibility criteria, to sit in drive, were: No criteria! Everyone from every branch was allowed to be the part of this recruitment drive.

The CTC offered to us was INR 4.45 LPA, i.e. 24,000 in hand per month + incentives.

Date of drive (recruitment date) was 27th February, 2017. This notice was provided to us by the CRC (Corporate Resource Center) department of the college, on mail. The mail described the designation, the CTC and the venue (as this campus recruitment was to be held in the company).

This notice was not actually provided to me, because I already had my placement in other company, however, on 21st February, 2017 I came to know about this placement drive from friends and I too registered myself to be a part of this placement drive. We were required to register ourselves latest by 23rd February, 2017.
